The warranty time is 1 year. Customers must provide the Original Receipts, and the warranty period will be based on the purchase date on the receipt. This warranty shall not apply any damage caused by physical force, and Consumables on the product (such as light bulbs, flash tubes, LEDs, etc.). If you need maintenance services, please bring the products and invoices to our shop. The company reserves the final right to decide whether to guarantee or not.

If the quality of the products purchased by the customer does not meet the production standards(not excluding functions that have been tested, man-made damage, and scratches). Original packaging such as cartons, boxes, manuals, unfilled warranty certificates, and invoices must be returned to the store within 7 days of purchase. All consumables (filters, cleaners, bulbs, etc.) are not returned. Under any circumstances, the company will not provide on-site inspection, repair, and replacement services. All products cannot be returned in cash, and the company reserves the final right to decide whether to guarantee/return or exchange.
