This product is available for 1 year warranty. The customer shall provide the original copy of the purchase receipt, the maintenance period will be based on the date of the receipt. Maintenance services do not include man-made / accidental damage and loss part of product (such as bulbs, flash lights, LED, etc.). Should any dispute arise, the decision of Leway Trading (HK) Limited shall be final.

Product Maintenance Terms

Buy this product for 1 year maintenance service. The customer must present the original purchase document and the warranty period will be based on the purchase date on the document. Maintenance services do not include man-made/accidental damages and depletion products (such as light bulbs, flash lamps, LEDs, etc.) on the product. If you need maintenance service, please bring the repaired products and invoices to the store. The company reserves the right to determine whether or not to warrant the warranty.

If the quality of the goods purchased by the customer does not meet the production standards (excluding the functions that have been tested on the spot, man-made damages and scratches), the goods and the original packaging, such as cartons and boxes, must be available within 7 days of purchase. The manual, the unused warranty certificate and the invoice were all returned in the store. All consumables (filters, cleaners, bulbs, etc.) are not returned. In any case, the company will not provide on-site inspection, maintenance and replacement services. All goods can not be returned cash, the company reserves the final right to determine the warranty / return or not.
