Product maintenance terms.
Purchase this product for 1 year of service. The customer is required to present the first form of the purchase document and the maintenance period will be based on the date of purchase on the document. Maintenance services do not include man-made/accidental damage and product losses (e.g. light bulbs, flash tubes, LEDs, etc.). If you need repair services, please bring the products and invoices to be repaired to the market. The Company reserves the final right to decide whether to guarantee or not.
If the quality of the goods selected by the customer does not meet the production standards (excluding the functions that have been tested on the spot, man-made damage and scratching), the goods and the original packaging, such as cartons, boxes, instructions, unfollowed warrants and invoices, must be spelled in the door market for refund within 7 days. All consumables (filters, cleaners, bulbs, etc.) are not returned. Under no circumstances will the Company provide door-to-door inspection, repair or replacement services. All items cannot be returned in cash and the Company reserves the final right to decide whether to guarantee/return or not.
